- Alfresco Developer Assistance is available to Supported customers using the Alfresco Enterprise Edition
- To request Alfresco Developer Assistance, please email the details of your request to support@alfresco.com. quoting your Alfresco Developer Assistance Code.
- A request is defined as assistance with one issue, problem, or question relating to the use of a supported component of Alfresco regardless of the number of communications required. A single request is a problem that cannot be broken down into subordinate problems. If a problem consists of subordinate problems, each is considered a separate request.
- Alfresco commit to respond to your request within two business days
- Entry level Alfresco Developer Assistance allows you to pass up to 15 requests to the Developers who wrote the Alfresco code.
- The advice and assistance offered does not extend to the composition or delivery of code. Our Partners consulting teams will be happy to help if this is what you need.
